Job Description The Marketing Coordinator supports Aramark's marketing initiatives by assisting with promotional campaigns, content creation, communications, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, communications, social media, and project coordination within a dynamic environment. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $17.50 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and engagement initiatives that support organizational goals. Support internal communication efforts by helping create content that engages students, families, administrators, and community stakeholders. Create and maintain marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, digital signage, presentations, social media content, and promotional communications. Assist with social media management by drafting posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying opportunities to increase audience interaction. Support community outreach activities and events to promote programs and strengthen relationships with students, parents, and school communities. Gather feedback and insights from students, parents, and administrators to help evaluate marketing campaigns and communication effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across marketing channels. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increased engagement and participation. Assist with project coordination by managing timelines, organizing marketing assets, and supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, web-based platforms, and basic photo/video editing tools to create engaging content and marketing materials. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years administrative support experience. Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and Word. Ability to optimally connect with employees. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software.
