Marketing Coordinator - Croatia

## **About the role** We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing activities across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in marketing operations, campaign coordination and project management. You will help the marketing team coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, communicate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time. ## **Responsibilities:** - Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Support the daily tracking of active marketing campaigns and follow up on ongoing activities. - Create and manage tickets for internal teams (Design, CRM, Development, Compliance and other stakeholders). - Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets with external partners and agencies. - Assist in campaign planning, execution and internal communication. - Maintain marketing documentation, including presentations, reports, offers and campaign materials. - Organize and archive marketing documentation and ensure all files are accurate and up to date. - Prepare and maintain Excel trackers for campaigns, budgets, timelines and project status. - Support budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice administration. - Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. - Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team. ## **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or Business - Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant work experience. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory). - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - High level of ownership, responsibility and attention to detail. - Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Native Croatian (written and spoken). - Very good English (written and spoken). ## **Nice to have** - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar). - Basic understanding of digital marketing channels. - Experience working with presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
