Marketing Creative & Campaign Coordinator

Job description

Creative mind. Organised operator. Campaign finisher. Are you the person who notices the details everyone else misses? Someone who loves great design, but also loves a perfectly organised campaign tracker? Someone who can jump between Photoshop, a campaign brief, a printer, a store request and a deadline — and somehow keep everything moving? That's the person we're looking for. Nick Scali Group is looking for a Marketing Creative & Campaign Coordinator based in Manila to join our growing international marketing team and help bring our campaigns, products and brands to life across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. About Nick Scali Group Nick Scali has been a recognised household name for more than 60 years. Together with the sister brand Plush, our group operates two leading furniture brands across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, with more than 110+ showrooms and continued international growth. We are a design-led business with a strong focus on quality, innovation and creating compelling experiences for our customers — both online and in our showrooms. Our marketing team moves quickly, works across multiple channels and manages a lot of activity at once. That's where you come in. The opportunity This is a hands-on creative and marketing coordination role where no two days are quite the same. You'll help manage the flow of creative work across our brands — from the initial brief, through design and production, all the way to getting the final materials into stores and live across our digital channels. You'll work closely with our Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations teams , as well as printers and other external suppliers. Most importantly, you'll take ownership. We don't want someone who simply waits for the next brief. We want someone who looks ahead and thinks: "What needs to happen next?" What you'll be doing Creative & Content Create and adapt campaign artwork across digital, social, website, print and in-store channels. Work within existing brand guidelines and templates while maintaining a high standard of design. Create and adapt POS, posters, product feature cards, promotional materials and digital assets. Produce short-form social video and other creative content. Assist with copywriting, messaging and product storytelling. Adapt creative across different brands, markets, formats and requirements. Campaign Coordination Coordinate monthly campaigns across Nick Scali and Plush in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously. Take projects from brief → production → approval → delivery. Maintain campaign calendars, production schedules and project trackers. Proactively identify upcoming requirements before they become urgent. Keep internal stakeholders updated on progress, deadlines and outstanding actions. Store & Supplier Coordination Support approximately 140 showrooms across Australia, New Zealand and the UK with marketing collateral. Coordinate with printers and production suppliers to ensure materials are produced and delivered on time. Prepare and distribute artwork, print specifications and production requirements. Track what has been produced and delivered to each store. Upload campaign materials to relevant internal and supplier platforms. Respond to store requests and help resolve marketing material issues quickly. Product Launches Stay across upcoming product launches and identify the creative and POS requirements. Coordinate the production of collateral required for new products. Work with Product, Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure launch materials are ready ahead of time. Help ensure every campaign and product launch is properly supported across stores and digital channels. Who are you? We're looking for someone who combines creative talent with exceptional organisation . You might be a graphic designer who has moved into marketing, a marketing coordinator with strong design skills, or a creative producer who loves managing projects. Whatever your background, you'll probably recognise yourself in these qualities: Creative — you have a strong eye for design and know what good creative looks like. Organised — you can manage lots of small tasks without losing sight of the bigger picture. Proactive — you don't need to be chased to get things done. Detail-oriented — you notice incorrect pricing, dates, product names and formatting before they become problems. Deadline-driven — you like getting things finished early rather than scrambling at the last minute. Commercial — you understand that creative ultimately needs to help sell products and support the customer journey. Adaptable — you're comfortable switching between design, coordination, copywriting and administration throughout the day. A great communicator — you can confidently work with different teams, stores and suppliers. A problem solver — when something goes wrong, your instinct is to find a solution. Self-motivated — you take ownership rather than waiting for instructions. What you'll bring 2+ years' experience in marketing, graphic design, creative production, digital marketing or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro or equivalent. Experience creating digital and print marketing materials. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and brand consistency. Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns at the same time. Excellent written and verbal English. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills. A portfolio that demonstrates your creative ability. Even better if you have Experience in retail, e-commerce or an agency environment. Experience coordinating print production. Experience creating social media content and short-form video. Experience working across multiple brands or markets. Experience with project management tools, SharePoint or similar platforms. An understanding of marketing campaigns and customer journeys. Experience working with international teams. Why join us? You'll be joining a high-performing, fast-moving international marketing team where your work will have a visible impact. You'll work across two established Australian furniture brands and see your creative work come to life across websites, social media, advertising, showrooms and campaigns across three countries . This isn't a role where you'll spend your days doing one repetitive task. You'll have the opportunity to create, learn, take ownership and grow across creative, digital marketing, campaign management and e-commerce. The person we're really looking for If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a campaign come together — the creative looks great, the printer has the files, the stores know what's happening, the website assets are ready and everything is delivered before the deadline — you'll probably love this role. Creative enough to make it great. Organised enough to make it happen. Proactive enough to see what's coming. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
