Interpret campaign data and translate complex outputs into clear, actionable insights. Build, maintain, and improve automated marketing and data workflows. Use tools such as Make.com, Claude, and AI-powered marketing/ad platforms to automate analysis and operational processes. Connect and organize data from different marketing sources to improve reporting and decision-making. Identify patterns, anomalies, and performance changes across paid media campaigns. Support the media buying team with data-driven analysis and recommendations. Develop AI-assisted processes for recurring analysis, reporting, and marketing operations. Continuously evaluate new AI, automation, and data tools that can improve the team's workflows. Work in an evolving environment where processes and technologies are continuously changing.RequirementsBackground in engineering, software development, coding, automation, data analytics, or a closely related technical field. Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or other AI-assisted tools for analytical or operational workflows.Experience in DTC, e-commerce, performance marketing, or consumer brands. Experience working with or interpreting marketing, advertising, or paid media data. Ability to understand large or complex datasets and identify meaningful trends. Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing tools, systems, and workflows.Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media platforms.
