We know a strong growth marketer gets tired of executing someone else's half-built strategy. This seat is built differently: you own the strategy, not just the campaigns. Yokly is a Remote Operations Partner — we free business leaders to achieve more by sharing the load through people, process, and automation. This role owns a real piece of that promise: the growth engine that turns a cold lead into a closed deal. You're the person who can run a Meta campaign test on Monday. And tighten a GoHighLevel nurture sequence by Wednesday. If you think in funnels and follow-up cadences, keep reading. Here's what you're signing up for: Independent Contractor role, full-time. Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, which lines up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients. Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always. Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup. What you'll own: Campaign strategy and execution — not one or the other. Paid social (Meta/Instagram): strategy, setup, testing, optimization, and reporting. Structured experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, and lead flows — your calls on what to test next. Lead follow-up cadence and pipeline accuracy — every lead has a status and a next step. GoHighLevel automations: nurture sequences, reminders, reactivation, missed-call text-backs. A monthly performance review that's actually yours — your data, your read, your recommendations. What we're looking for: Required experience: 2+ years in growth marketing, marketing ops, sales ops, or CRM-driven marketing. Go-to-market (GTM) experience — you've helped launch a campaign, product, or service and driven it from strategy through to results. GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — you're comfortable building and maintaining CRM automations like nurture sequences, reminders, and reactivation flows. Hands-on paid social experience (Meta preferred). Strong written and spoken English, with real attention to detail. Highly organized — comfortable owning a pipeline, deadlines, and SOPs simultaneously. Comfortable partnering with leadership — you'll get real feedback and sign-off on the campaigns that matter most, not micromanagement on everything. Nice-to-haves: copywriting and basic creative coordination.
