Department Overview You will be responsible for the marketing of "Rakuten Mart," an online supermarket that handles fresh food and daily necessities. - Mission within the Business: By leveraging Rakuten's data sources, you will formulate mid-to-long-term marketing strategies and plan and execute short-term promotional measures to acquire and nurture customers. - Mart Planning & Marketing Section, Promotion Execution Group: We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our lean and agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging all available marketing channels to formulate and execute user acquisition and retention plans, ultimately aiming to achieve sales targets. Given our small and dynamic team, you will be involved in a wide range of marketing activities, from strategic planning to the establishment of operational frameworks. This includes comprehensive engagement in the entire PDCA cycle for our marketing initiatives. We have built an efficient H&S-type delivery network, enabling same-day delivery and temperature control of products. Furthermore, our state-of-the-art automated warehouses reduce walking time during product searches and product verification work, enabling highly efficient operations. Position Details Develop and execute comprehensive promotion and retention plans for user acquisition. This primarily involves two main areas: 1. Acquiring new users 2.
