As a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you are at the heart of our marketing activities – bringing ideas to life, creating engaging materials and ensuring seamless execution across all channels and teams. To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Gronau , we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist (m/f/d ). The position is available for 32-40 hours a week. This position is designed as an on-site role, as close collaboration with our team and stakeholders is essential to its success. Your role As a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you play a central role in our marketing operations and a crucial role in supporting our sales department. Because of this, you will be reporting directly to our Head of Sales. You ensure that all marketing activities are well-coordinated and maintain an overview of ongoing projects. You coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered consistently and to a high standard. Your key responsibilities Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives Create marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, social media content) Coordinate and liaise with external agencies and service providers Plan and organize marketing events and related promotional materials Analyze reports and prepare relevant key figures in a structured manner Support and implement employer & company branding initiatives Take responsibility for all administrative and organizational marketing tasks Your profile Several years of professional experience in marketing Strong organizational skills and experience in project or agency coordination Proficiency in Turkish and English; German and/or Dutch skills are a plus Independent, structured working style with a hands-on mentality Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with common tools such as Canva or ERP systems What we offer An international working environment with a multicultural team A varied role with plenty of creative freedom and personal responsibility An attractive compensation package, including holiday and Christmas bonuses, as well as company pension benefits Team events, employee discounts and other benefits Interested?
