An advanced degree is preferred. - 12+ years of experience across software or data engineering, technical product management, and marketing technology, including leadership of global teams. - Direct software or data engineering experience and a record of leading engineering teams that built and operated production marketing technology systems. - Demonstrated success building, launching, and operating enterprise SaaS products or internal platforms, beyond implementing or administering third-party tools. - Technical depth in cloud architecture, APIs, systems integration, data pipelines, identity and audience systems, security, privacy, reliability, and scalability. - Experience leading multidisciplinary organizations spanning engineering, product management, UX, measurement and experimentation, analytics or data science, and audience activation. - Strong command of experimentation methods, marketing measurement, analytics, and the use of data to improve product and marketing decisions. - Experience with AI-powered products, machine learning platforms, or automation in production environments. - Experience owning multi-year technology and product roadmaps and making investment, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions. - Ability to influence senior leaders, communicate technical tradeoffs clearly, and lead transformation across teams and regions.
