Ihre Aufgaben: In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie für die Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Fertigungsabläufe in einem unserer Produktionsbereiche (u. a. Wärmepumpen-, Komponenten- oder Speicherfertigung) verantwortlich und betreuen die in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich befindlichen automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen Sie sind für das Rüsten und Einrichten der Arbeitsplätze bzw. Maschinen verantwortlich, justieren Anlagenteile und lernen Roboter an Sie stellen einen störungsfreien Materialfluss sicher Qualitätsprüfungen führen Sie regelmäßig unter Beachtung aller umwelt- und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben durch Die Durchführung einer ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation der qualitätsrelevanten Prüfungen fällt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich Sie sind für die sachgemäße Durchführung der TPM-Maßnahmen an den Maschinen im Rahmen vorgegebener Intervalle verantwortlich Sie führen die Aufgabe im Schichtsystem durch Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) Sie besitzen Erfahrungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbereich, ergänzend in der Wartung und Reparatur von Montage-Anlagen Selbstständige, methodisch-strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus Nachweise zum Bedienen von Industrierobotern (z. B.: Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa) ergänzen Ihr Profil. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen im Bereich Schweißen und/oder Löten Sie sind motiviert und teamfähig Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (inkl. You will be responsible for setting up and adjusting workstations and machines, adjusting system components and training robots. You ensure a trouble-free material flow You regularly carry out quality inspections in compliance with all environmental and safety-relevant specifications You are responsible for the proper documentation of the quality-relevant tests You are responsible for the proper implementation of TPM measures on the machines within the framework of specified intervals. You will carry out the task in a shift system Your profile: You have a completed professional training in the technical field, ideally as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d). You have experience in the field of machinery and equipment, additionally in the maintenance and repair of assembly equipment You are able to work independently, methodically and in a goal-oriented manner. Proof of operating industrial robots (e.g. Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa) completes your profile.
