We’re looking for a high-producing, high-speed Master Technician with a minimum of 3 years of Kia experience. If you’re passionate about Kia, work efficiently, and take pride in delivering exceptional quality, we want you on our team! **Responsibilities** The Master Automotive Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest dealership and manufacturer standards while ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. - Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns. - Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards. - Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services. - Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow. - Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise. **Qualifications** - **Required:** Minimum 3 years of Kia dealership experience as a Master Technician. - ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented. - Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. **Compensation** - The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $50.00. *Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.* **Benefits** - Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Short and Long-Term Disability - Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off - Paid Life Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Employee Assistance Plan - Paid Training **Hiring Requirements** - 18 years or older required - All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen [Privacy Policy](https://www.lacarguy.com/privacy.htm)
