Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Setup, execution, and analysis of molecular dynamics simulations for organic systems. Development and application of methods for analyzing simulation data. Application of statistical and machine-learning-based methods to analyze molecular properties and simulation data. Automation of simulation, data-processing, and analysis workflows using Python and Linux. Execution of computationally intensive simulations in high-performance computing environments. Collaboration with experts in computational chemistry and data-driven materials research. Qualifications: Completed bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, computational science, or a related field. Experience with molecular dynamics simulations and interest in molecular and materials modeling. Good programming skills in Python Experience working in Linux-based environments. Familiarity with statistical and machine-learning-based data analysis, particularly for the evaluation of scientific simulation data. Experience with high-performance computing systems and running computationally intensive applications is an advantage. Knowledge of commonly used molecular dynamics simulation software is an advantage. Interest in modern simulation methods, scientific computing, and artificial intelligence.
