MBT SupervisorSalary: £42,307.20 per annumShift Pattern: 4on-4off rotating shift pattern (4 days 06:00-18:00, 4 off & 4 nights 18:00-06:00)Key Responsibilities: Safely managing of all operational resource to maximise plant performance, whilst maintaining a safe work environment at all times.Ensuring productivity and availability exceeds minimum defined standards in the Refinement area.Ensuring Environmental compliance within the sites permitted activities. Scheduling pest control treatments and managing stock levels.Implementing best practice and continuous improvement in cost control/process operations.Controlling the material movements out of the plant,Providing records of all plant operations, settings and stoppages, and to attribute causes to all unplanned downtime.Carrying out regular stock and inventory of all materials.Keeping abreast of changes to company standards and legislation.Implementing and ensuring compliance standards.Analyse and review maintenance activities, cost control, health and safety and service KPIs, implementing necessary corrective actions in the event of variance.Schedule planned preventative maintenance, inspections and cleaning in order to minimise downtimeMaintain a high level of housekeeping in all areas.Lead and participate in CI improvement projects.
