Be aware and provide a safe environment for all staff and students. Mentor and provide conflict resolution. Follow MCA’s Policies and Procedures. Cooperate with administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operation of the school. Utilize educational opportunities and evaluation processes for professional growth. Maintain a personal appearance that is a role model of cleanliness, modesty, good taste, and in agreement with school philosophy. Contribute to the general improvement of the program. Desired qualifications may include experience working with students, social/emotional aptitude, and good communication skills.
