A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting junior engineers, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to share ideas, solve problems, and build productive relationships. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance in all aspects of your work. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and consistently deliver results within agreed timeframes.
