Mechanical Engineer – ADAS HPC(High-Performance Computing) Systems & Liquid Cooling in Architecture and Network Solutions R&D | AUMOVIO Korea Role Overview The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the mechanical architecture and liquid cooling design of high-power Orin/Thor - based ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) HPC(High-Performance Computing) systems in automotive environments. This role covers end-to-end mechanical ownership from requirement engineering to validation and production readiness and ensure technical deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical requirement engineering and negotiate specifications with OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers Own the customer interface for all mechanical engineering topics Define and develop HPC mechanical architecture, including vehicle integration and thermal concepts Design and validate liquid cooling solutions for high heat dissipation systems Manage mechanical & thermal simulations (shock, vibration, thermal performance) Coordinate technical activities with internal cross-functional teams and external partners Support prototype build, testing, and industrialization readiness Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Strong experience in requirement engineering, test planning, and validation processes Hands-on experience with automotive ECU(Electronic Control Unit) mechanical design Proven expertise in liquid cooling and thermal management (e.g., cold plate, flow distribution, sealing concepts) Experience with high-power HPC systems is a strong plus Familiarity with automotive standards (e.g., vibration, IP(Ingress Protection) rating, environmental validation) is preferred Application Introductions Please kindly submit your Resume as an Application Form.
