Are you a skilled **Mechanical Engineering Technician** with a passion for the design, development, maintenance, and testing of machines, components, tools, heating and ventilating systems, geothermal power plants, power generation, power conversion plants, manufacturing plants, and equipment? Then we are looking for you! ### Responsibilities - Assist in preparing conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs, drawings, and specifications - Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials - Assist in the design of molds, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for use in manufacturing processes - Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects - Participate in the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment. - Prepare standards and schedules and oversee any mechanical maintenance programs or operations of mechanical plants. - Complete work orders daily ### Requirements - Completion of a one- or two-year college program in mechanical engineering technology is usually required - 5 years of experience in the field - Multi-tasking, autonomous, and able to work as part of a team - Health and safety awareness ### Extra requirement - Please add a Portfolio of your work, including tools, machines, repairs, designs, and installations have you done in your labor experience
