Executing planned maintenance activities (inspections, monitoring and routine) and providing the necessary technical feedback to allow improvement to the job plans and task list within the CMMS will form a regular part of your day-to-day duties.Your key responsibilities:Have Strong Mechanical Skills and assist the shift team with mechanical repairs and electrical repairs if the electrician requires assistanceFlexibility to be able to undertake training on site such as MEWP, FLT, Telehandler and Confined Space Entry TrainingWork with the operations team to diagnose faults in a timely manor to have the plant back operationalUse the CMMS system to carry out PPM's and Complete reactive work orders and feedback with detailed informationEnsure all accidents and incidents are reported on our Eco Online SystemRequirementsEssential criteria for this role:• Strong fault diagnosis and rectification on the above detailed systems and equipment• NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering• The ability to read to a high level of understanding PIDs and mechanical schematics including pneumatics and hydraulics.• Good working knowledge on rotating machinery, shaft alignment, machinery mounting, service equipment, conveying systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.• Competent in the use of machine tools and hand tools that would be expected to be used in maintenance activities.• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance• Working knowledge of PTW and LOTO systems
