Med Tech / Registered Medication Aide (RMA) – Night Shift

Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable **Med Tech / Registered Medication Aide (RMA)** to join our **Assisted Living** team. This night position is ideal for an experienced medication aide who enjoys working with seniors and providing both **medication administration and direct resident care**. ### Responsibilities: - Safely administer medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies. - Provide resident care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. - Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition. - Follow individualized care plans, medication records, and medication protocols. - Maintain accurate medication documentation. - Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. - Work closely with caregivers, nursing staff, and other members of the senior living care team. ### Qualifications: - Current and valid **Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification**. - Previous experience as a **Med Tech, Medication Aide, RMA, caregiver, or direct care staff** in assisted living, senior living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred. - Compassionate and patient approach to working with older adults. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care. - Ability to work the **3:00pm-11:00pm night shift**, including every other weekend. ### Shift: **Spring Oak Senior Living at Tri-Cities** **Schedule:** 3:00pm-11:00pm., including every other weekend
