Wat ga je doen?

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare administratieve ondersteuning van onze dagelijkse operatie. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en schakelt veel met collega’s op en rond de productievloer.

• Je verwerkt orders zorgvuldig en tijdig.

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s van productie, etikettering en expeditie.

• Je zorgt dat collega’s en externe partners kunnen beschikken over correcte en actuele informatie.

• Je signaleert waar het ERP-systeem of werkprocessen slimmer kunnen en initieert verbeteringen.

• Je helpt mee om verbeteringen in systemen en werkwijzen daadwerkelijk te implementeren.

• Bij afwezigheid van collega’s ondersteun je bij het afroepen van grondstoffen en werkzaamheden rondom masterdata.

Je krijgt dus verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse nauwkeurigheid én ruimte om verder te kijken dan de taak van vandaag. Juist die combinatie maakt deze backofficerol interessant.

• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.

• Relevante administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of productieomgeving.

• Een gestructureerde manier van werken en oog voor detail.

• Het vermogen om makkelijk te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.

• Ervaring met administratieve systemen en Microsoft Office.

From our Leeuwarden location, you ensure that orders are processed accurately, colleagues have access to the right information, and production, labelling and dispatch can rely on you.

Your role is about more than simply carrying out tasks. Do you see an opportunity to make a process smarter or improve the way our ERP system supports the business? You will be trusted to identify improvements, take the initiative and help turn them into reality. At ME-AT the alternative, we develop innovative food concepts focused on the protein transition, bringing together taste, quality and sustainability. Your contribution may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is visible every day in how effectively we work together.

What will you do?

You are responsible for providing reliable administrative support for our daily operations. You maintain oversight, work accurately and communicate frequently with colleagues on and around the production floor.

• You process orders accurately and on time.

• You are the first point of contact for colleagues in production, labelling and dispatch.

• You ensure that colleagues and external partners have access to accurate and up-to-date information.

• You identify opportunities to improve the ERP system or working processes and take the initiative to implement improvements.

• You help ensure that improvements to systems and working methods are successfully put into practice.

• When colleagues are absent, you provide support with ordering raw materials and master data-related activities.

You are therefore responsible for maintaining accuracy in daily operations while also having the freedom to look beyond today’s tasks. It is precisely this combination that makes this back office role so interesting.

What do you bring?

You enjoy structure and value accurate information. At the same time, you enjoy working with others: colleagues know they can rely on you, and you actively reach out to them when you need information to move forward. When you see a practical opportunity for improvement, you are comfortable speaking up.

• MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking, or equivalent.

• Relevant administrative experience, preferably within a logistics or production environment.

• A structured way of working and strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.

• The ability to switch easily between different tasks and priorities.

• Experience with administrative systems and Microsoft Office.

• A strong sense of responsibility and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
