Wie zijn wij?

BARRACA is de Rodizio Grill & Bar binnen Claus. Rodizio staat voor de bijzondere wijze van bediening: onze Passadores lopen continu rond met grote spiesen en snijden op verzoek een perfect stuk vlees aan tafel af. Evenementenlocatie Claus beschikt daarnaast over diverse zalen en Claus Bowling. Onze gepassioneerde medewerkers creëren onvergetelijke momenten die mensen bij elkaar brengen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Bediening Barraca zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt in ons restaurant. Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach, neemt bestellingen op, serveert gerechten en dranken en begeleidt de unieke Rodizio-ervaring aan tafel. Zo zorg je dat iedere gast tevreden en met een glimlach vertrekt.

Wat breng jij mee?

· Je houdt overzicht en werkt zorgvuldig;

· Je bent leergierig en stressbestendig;

· Je hebt een positieve houding waarmee je het team enthousiasmeert;

· Je woont in (de buurt van) Hoofddorp en bent vooral in het weekend beschikbaar (doordeweeks is mooi meegenomen);

· Horeca-ervaring is fijn, maar zeker geen must – wij leren je graag de kneepjes van het vak!

Who are we?

BARRACA is the Rodizio Grill & Bar within Claus. Rodizio stands for a special way of serving: our Passadores continuously walk around with large skewers and cut a perfect piece of meat at the table on request. Event location Claus also has various rooms and Claus Bowling. Our passionate employees create unforgettable moments that bring people together.

What are you going to do?

As a Barraca Service Employee, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in our restaurant. You will welcome guests with a smile, take orders, serve food and drinks, and guide guests through the unique Rodizio experience at their table. This way, you will ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and with a smile.

What do you bring to the table?

· You keep track of things and work carefully;

· You are eager to learn and can handle stress;

· You have a positive attitude that inspires the team;

· You live in (or near) Hoofddorp and are mainly available on weekends (weekdays are a bonus);

· Experience in the hospitality industry is nice, but certainly not a must—we are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade!
