Job Description: Department Overview We are promoting Ad business in Rakuten Link App with the mission of ARPU maximization which is one of the most important KPI for Rakuten Mobile turn black. Department. target for 2027: ARPU 100yen by the end of 2027. (ARPU = Ad revenue/Rakuten Mobile subscriber) We're expected to achieve a huge among of Ad revenue generation to achieve Rakuten Mobile turn black. Department members can participate the rapid business growth process with support of managements including CEO. This position is supposed to lead Media Business (App planning, service operation management and KPI management etc.) to expand the ad business. For the purpose of App UX and Ad revenue maximization, this position PIC will join the app new feature planning, PJT management and service management process. You will be able to learn the product planning/management and service nurturing skill using English since many of employees in couterpart deparments are foreign people. In addition, as this is a position in which you will be responsible for formulating numerical targets and managing KPIs for the organization, you will be able to experience formulating strategies for business growth in close proximity to management. Position: Position Details ・Identify challenges and propose improvements to maximize the app’s ad revenue, and drive these improvements in collaboration with the product team ・Plan and execute campaigns ・Manage and track organizational KPIs ・English is required for communication with the app development team (there are regular meetings conducted in English) Mandatory Qualifications: ・More than 1 year of experience in web service planning and operation ・People who are committed to the product/business and can involve others Desired Qualifications: ・Experience in smartphone application services planning and operation ・Work experience in the digital marketing field ・Experience in data analysis and improvement proposals ・Work experience in an English environment Other Information: Additional information on Secondment This position will be hired by Rakuten Group, Inc. and seconded to Rakuten Mobile, Inc. Your official affiliation will remain with Rakuten Group, Inc., so the salary structure, benefits, and evaluation system will be the same as those of Rakuten Group, Inc.
