Key Responsibilities Define and implement the local Medical Affairs strategy Act as primary medical expert for Rheumatology and Urology portfolio Provide scientific support to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory) Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals Conduct field visits to deliver scientific exchange (MSL activities) Identify data gaps and support evidence generation initiatives (IIS, local studies) Support product launches and lifecycle management Monitor scientific developments and competitive landscape Organize advisory boards and medical events Provide medical training to internal teams Manage medical information requests Scope Geography: Czech Republic and Slovakia Coverage: Key portfolio (Rheumatology and Urology) Role Type: Standalone position Split: Strategic + Operational + Field-based Qualifications Advanced degree (MD, PharmD or PhD preferred) Experience in Medical Affairs, MSL or similar role Understanding of clinical development and regulatory framework Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
