Role Overview
The Center Services Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services and the seamless coordination of clinical operations within a lifestyle interventions clinic. Reporting to the Head of Center Operations, this role is responsible for supporting multidisciplinary teams, managing patient service flow, and ensuring that all medical services meet quality service expectations. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, PDPA, and documentation standards.
- Tech Savvy - Proficient in healthcare IT systems (e.g. Plato EMR, scheduling tools) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communicator with good presentation skills and results driven
- Prior experience in clinics or former flight attendants with strong service, communication, and operational coordination skills are highly desirable
- Willing to be AED/CPR trained in cases of a medical emergency
- Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine are highly desirable
