Our partner is looking for a Medicare Advantage Members (Devoted Health) - Insight Study based in United States.** This paid research opportunity invites Medicare-eligible individuals to share firsthand perspectives on their health plan experience. Participants will complete a short, structured online survey lasting approximately 20 minutes. The study explores topics such as enrollment, benefits, member support, and everyday healthcare experiences. Responses will include multiple-choice questions and approximately 10 short voice-recorded answers. Your real-world insights will help inform the development of AI tools designed to improve healthcare and member experiences. The engagement is fully remote and can be completed independently on a flexible schedule. A one-time payment is provided following successful verification of the completed submission. ### Accountabilities: - Complete a structured online survey of approximately 20 minutes within the specified timeframe. - Provide thoughtful responses to multiple-choice questions about your Medicare Advantage experience. - Record approximately 10 short voice responses sharing your perspectives and personal experiences. - Provide honest feedback regarding plan enrollment, benefits, member support, and day-to-day healthcare experiences. - Complete and submit all required responses independently and according to the study instructions. - Participate in research intended to generate practical insights for the development of improved healthcare AI tools. ## Requirements: - Be currently based in the United States. - Be age 64 or older and Medicare-eligible. - Be currently or previously enrolled in the specified Medicare Advantage health plan. - Be comfortable providing short voice-recorded responses. - Have access to a working microphone and a quiet environment suitable for recording. - Be able to independently complete an approximately 20-minute online survey. - Be willing to provide genuine, firsthand perspectives about your experience as a Medicare Advantage member. ## Benefits: - **Compensation:** $120 for the completed study, paid as a one-time payment following successful verification of the submission. - **Remote:** Complete the research study online from anywhere in the United States. - **Flexible:** Complete the approximately 20-minute survey on your own schedule within the provided timeline. - **Meaningful contribution:** Help inform research aimed at improving healthcare and member experiences through AI. - **Participant perspective:** Share real-world insights that can contribute to the development of future healthcare tools. - **Independent engagement:** No ongoing employment commitment or fixed work schedule is required.
