Join our practice in Las Cruces, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team. You’ll join a collegial team of 18 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists who prioritize inter-professional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients with the best possible anesthetic care. CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. A great work environment that strongly values CRNAs.*Case Variety:*General, Cardiovascular, GI, Urology, Ortho, Bariatrics, Podiatry & GYN,*At least one year of experience is required.* *It's a perfect spot for someone who wants to escape the ACT model and begin independent practice.* **Details:** - Night Call: (Monday-Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM): - 1:12 (PCDO) - $1,800/shift - Weekend Day Call: (Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM): - 1:12 - $200/hour if called in *CRNAs with at least one year of experience are preferred, however we will consider new grad CRNAs who are highly motivated to succeed in an independent practice setting.*
