**Occupational Therapist – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)** **Location:** Hertfordshire **Contract:** Fixed Term – 25 November to 26 November **Salary:** £45,000 – £49,000 per annum (pro-rata) **Our client** is seeking an **Occupational Therapist** to provide cover during maternity leave. The role involves supporting clients in residential mental health services, delivering person-centred OT interventions, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. ### Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and deliver individualized OT interventions - Support clients’ functional skills, independence, and wellbeing - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clinical records - Assist with care planning and daily activities ### Requirements: - BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy - HCPC registration - Previous OT experience in mental health or residential care - Strong communication and teamwork skills ### Why Join Our Client? - Competitive salary (£45k–£49k) - Fixed-term contract with clear start and end dates - Supportive, professional working environment
