You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates. **About the Opportunity** Lyra’s provider network is composed of in-person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches across the US. With our supportive provider platform, and opportunities for training and clinical consultation, being part of our network is an incredible chance to do what you love (like client care) with support for the things you don’t love (like self promotion and scheduling).We are looking for contract licensed telehealth therapists who are passionate about whole-person, whole family mental health care to join our clinical team. **This opportunity is a great fit** if you’re an independently licensed clinical therapist with experience providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and their families. This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking well-matched and motivated pediatric clients. Providers who are excited to pilot innovative care protocols and techniques, grounded in evidence-based practice; and participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model are encouraged to apply. ### Requirements: - Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) - Unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action - Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully, including, but not limited to, CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, and EMDR; and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice) - Works effectively within a collaborative care framework, coordinating with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and wellness coaches - Capable of engaging families in the therapeutic process, educating them on treatment goals, and adapting approaches to incorporate family dynamics and support - Adheres to quality standards for documentation, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant records of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes - Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video, ensuring member confidentiality and security, addressing technical issues promptly to optimize member experience - Able to meet with clients who are primarily or exclusively available in the evenings or Saturdays - Full-time resident of the United States ### Here are some of the advantages to joining the Lyra provider network: - Connect with highly compatible clients - Let clients easily book appointments with our calendar feature, which seamlessly integrates with your calendar - Focus less on the administrative burden of billing - Access Lyra’s experienced clinical consultations team to get rapid support with your Lyra clients - Access to Lyra’s 24/7 Care Navigation team as an additional crisis support resource - Upskill your knowledge base with access to Lyra’s large collection of free and relevant CE credited courses approved by APA, ASWB, and NBCC
