We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist- Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Messaging Services Senior Specialist Typically, the Messaging Services Senior Specialist assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive. In addition is expected to have good knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 & MS Teams within Unified Messaging and Communication. Must have knowledge on MS SharePoint & One Drive. In addition with adept knowledge on MS O365 & Microsoft Teams. Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc. Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, Proofpoint and Cisco IronPort) Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding) Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging environment Working knowledge on different versions of Exchange Working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 Degree: Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
