Job Description Job Title: MGR (QA MCD) -Vehicle Assly Level: L3 Function: MCD final Assly PV/ fabrication / Propriety parts vendor Department (Sub-function): QA-MCD Office/Location: Waluj – Aurangabad JOB PURPOSE REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reporting to Direct Reports Divn Mgr (QA) Divn Mgr (QA) INTERACTION WITH STAKEHOLDERS Internal External Direct Interface with ME/PPC & Assly shop for new model /ECN implementation- vehicle built /packing validation /changes in check sheet/hardware. Vendors Vendor audit NC, improvement points and corrective actions communication to the Management IB :- ECN /New model & IRU Indirect JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications Graduate in Mechanical Engineer from reputed institute with good academic track record. Work Exp Min: 4 Max: 8 Industry Specification QA activity Additional Requirements Knowledge about Asly process and Press and fabrication . Preferred Vernacular Language: English/Hindi/Marathi Age Min:26 Yrs Max: @35 Yrs Need for travel Domestic – Monthly –For audits KEY COMPETENCIES (Repository & Standard Libraries for Competency Framework - Drop own tons access to Admin) Technical 1.Knowledge of Assly/Welding/Machining/Packing technology and Basics of each process. 2. Awareness about ...welding /plastic (ABS/PP)/machine lab testing equipment 3. Analytical ability and Process know how to identify abnormality mapping. 4 Knowledge of IATF /PFMEA/ DFMEA of Parts & Process –FTA analysis 6.Aware of engineering drawings 7. Should have knowledge and exposure in implementation of TPM systems, ISO Functional IT tools expertise like SAP, Power Point , Excel , MS office etc Behavioral Ability to Interface with cross functional teams. Vendor + ME +IB + Distributor Team working Within- Production +ME +QA other function Presentation skills-- Good communication, planning, coordination, and leadership skills. Presentation Management 6. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Role Based - Std Library) Legal compliance :-Establishing poka yoke & process controls for Euro III/BSIII/BS IV parameters. as per Country specific legal requirement. Quality safety norms -safety compliance. System Compliances: Zero NC in audits by ‘Internal audit’ department & ‘External audit’ agency Defining SOPs for following processes and following those meticulously 1. inward Inspection 2 SABC parts Zero NC in audits by ‘Internal audit’ department & ‘External audit’ agency Drive for ZERO customer complaints Domestic and Export customer Communization of QA system across all plant –CKD Export Vendor Part Process audits . Hassle free introduction of new model. Expertise in failure analysis, initiating corrective preventive actions. Knowledge & expertise in using different problem-solving techniques (7 QC Tools , FMEA ). Exposure to TPM , QMS and SHEMS implementation in work area.
