Microsoft AI Consultant

Job description

As a Microsoft AI consultant, you help organizations take Copilot and AI agents from “sounds interesting” to “this actually works”. You implement smart tech with clear ground rules and thoughtful guidance, so teams adopt new ways of working with confidence and good ideas move beyond the pilot stage. Key takeaways You turn promising Copilot and AI-agent ideas into secure, useful solutions that positively impacts business productivity. You combine strategy, hands-on delivery, governance, adoption, and clear communication. You bring senior Microsoft 365 and AI experience, guide teams, and keep projects moving from idea to go-live. Your role Strategy & Value You help clients identify where Copilot can make a meaningful difference and guide teams from promising ideas to focused, achievable solutions. You find use cases that do more than sparkle in a demo. You turn AI ideas into a realistic plan without an exploding task list. Implementation & Lifecycle You guide teams from idea to agent design, then bring it to life in the relevant environment. You support testing, go-live, and continuous improvement once the agent meets the real world. Governance You set clear ownership, environment, data, and access rules, so “I thought you owned it” never becomes the governance model. You keep approvals, monitoring, cost, and risk under control. Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement You build support through clear communication and active champion networks, not hopeful calendar invites. You tailor training, check readiness, and stay close after launch, because even smart agents sometimes need a little push. Consulting, Presales & Delivery You test new shiny things without calling every hype the next big miracle. You create clear requirements, solution designs, scope definitions, and implementation plans. You make an impact with strong workshops and demos. You create honest proposals that turn strong ideas into clear next steps. You lead projects from discovery to go-live, bring multidisciplinary teams together, and create reusable solutions that help clients and colleagues move faster next time. Required Skills & Knowledge Copilot & Microsoft 365 You feel at home in Copilot Studio and keep agents on the straight and narrow. You know how SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Search, and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem work together to support collaboration, content, communication, and knowledge sharing. Power Platform, Integration & Azure AI You use Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, data integration, and Power Apps to make agents more capable and easier to use. You connect agents safely to data, apps, and APIs, without leaving the back door open. You use Azure OpenAI, retrieval-augmented generation, and search to build agents that give grounded, reliable answers rather than confident guesses. Governance, Security & ALM You turn governance into clear agreements, not a rulebook nobody reads. You use Azure DevOps or GitHub to keep source control, quality checks, and deployment pipelines organized. You keep AI safe with strong permissions, data protection, and smart controls. Adoption, Consulting & Communication You run workshops that keep people awake, even after lunch. You help change stick without an 83-page manual. You make complex ideas clear, no technical dictionary required Your profile You bring min 5 years of experience, including 2 with Copilot, AI, or agents. You know the playing field. You bring clients, technology, and business together, making complex choices understandable and keeping everyone focused on the outcome. You make technical choices that stay clear and maintainable. You keep projects calmly on track, even when everything shouts at once. You hold a relevant Microsoft certification, or you are ready to add one as you grow in the role. You spot opportunities, stay commercially aware, coach colleagues, and share what you know, rather than keeping the good stuff hidden in final_v7. You are Dutch and/or French native speaker and fluent in ENG. Why join our adesso Microsoft team? You join a close-knit team that shares knowledge, challenges ideas, and helps each other grow but still makes room for laughs, team moments, and the occasional wonderfully bad joke. You work on meaningful Copilot and agent projects where strategy, technology, governance, and adoption come together. You get room to experiment, build reusable solutions, and help shape how we deliver AI services at adesso. You keep learning through hands-on projects, Microsoft certifications, and colleagues who enjoy sharing what works, and what definitely did not. You take ownership of your work, with the flexibility and trust to find the best way forward. You work with a mix of public-sector and enterprise clients, each with real challenges and plenty of room for impact. Why join adesso Belgium?
