Mid-Level Accountant (Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks Required)

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has **strong experience using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks** and asolid understanding of general accounting principles **Salary: $80,000-95,000/year depending on experience** **This is a hybrid opening (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)** ### Responsibilities: - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in QuickBooks - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Create and maintain financial reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) - Support month-end and year-end close activities - Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy ### Requirements: - **Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks** - 4-10 years related work experience
