**\*\*ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED\*\*** ### The Opportunity Join the D2 team as a **System Architect** and play a key role in designing and evolving **Enterprise Cross Domain Systems (ECDS)**—critical platforms that enable secure, reliable data transfers across domains. These systems support both everyday users and high-profile programs, making your work directly impactful to mission success. In this role, you’ll be more than an architect—you’ll be a problem solver, innovator, and trusted advisor. From envisioning system designs to mentoring development teams, you’ll help deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions that stand the test of time. ### What You’ll Do - **Design the future** – Define and document system architectures for new products, features, and services. - **Guide innovation** – Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate risks, and develop long-term technical roadmaps. - **Build for scale** – Architect systems that handle high data volumes while ensuring top-notch performance. - **Lead with expertise** – Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams throughout the lifecycle. - **Stay ahead of the curve** – Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities for modernization. - **Protect the mission** – Implement security measures that ensure reliability, availability, and data integrity. - **Bridge the gap** – Communicate complex technical ideas in clear, approachable ways for diverse stakeholders. ### What You’ll Bring - 4–6 years of relevant system architecture or engineering experience. - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification. - Active **TS/SCI clearance** (with the ability to obtain a CI Poly within 6 months). **Additional Information** - All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. - Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $105-115k.
