**Job Title:** Mid UX/UI Designer **Key Skills:** UX/UI Design, Figma, Design Systems, AI Prototyping, Product Design, User-Centered Design, Accessibility, Inclusive Design, Mobile App Design **Experience:** +3 years of experience. **Location:** Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia. **Work Mode:** Remote. At Coforge, we are hiring **Mid UX/UI Designer (#22653)** with the following skill set. **Key Responsibilities** • Design user-centered product experiences for complex digital products and platforms. • Create prototypes and design solutions using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and established design systems. • Apply UX design methods and frameworks to translate complex requirements into intuitive and high-quality experiences. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams while balancing strategy, execution, and user needs. **Required Skills & Qualifications** • Portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and strong user-centered product experience work. • Proficiency with Figma, AI prototyping tools, and design systems. • Experience designing complex product experiences, such as B2B products, data-heavy platforms, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-based features. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and established design methodologies. • Ability to apply design methods and frameworks to deliver high-quality work within timelines. • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. • Experience designing native mobile app experiences. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. • Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Skills** • Experience working with AI-powered product experiences. • Experience designing for data-intensive or enterprise applications. • Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies. • Experience contributing to or evolving design systems. **Posted On:** 12-08-2026 At Coforge, we hire professionals solely based on their skills and qualifications, and we do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.
