### **Product:** ### [**BOSS Revolution: Calling App**](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.idt.um.android.bossrevapp&hl=en_US&gl=US) The mobile application, which includes International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide. As a **middle QA** you will be working with cross-functional global teams to support different parts of the product: *First, the voice assistant.* This isn't standard UI automation. The output is non-deterministic, the input is speech with heavy accents and background noise, and the result is a financial transaction. You'll design how we measure intent recognition quality, how we catch a model that silently changes behaviour after a prompt or version update, and how we prove the transfer went to the right recipient for the right amount. *Then, backend automation across the company.* Internal teams need automated services and tooling that don't exist yet. You'll build and own that layer, so your work gets used daily by people outside your own team. ### Responsibilities: - Test mobile applications (**iOS & Android**) to ensure quality and stability. - Design, execute, and document **test cases** and **test scenarios**. - Perform **functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing**. - Automate **mobile app** and **API test cases**. - Conduct **PR reviews** and provide feedback. - Review and report **automation test results** on a daily basis. - Maintain, fix, and update **automation test cases**. - Collaborate on **CI/CD setup and improvements**. - Report, track, and verify **bugs** using issue tracking tools. - Work closely with **developers, designers, and product managers**. - Participate in **release validation** and **smoke testing.** ### Requirements: - **3+ years of experience with Java.** - Proficiency with **Git**, **TestNG/JUnit**, **Gradle**. - Strong experience with **Appium** (XCUItest & UiAutomator2, including real device setup). - Experience in **test parallelization**. - Knowledge of **API test automation**. - Hands-on experience with **Allure reporting** and framework integration. - Skilled in configuring **Jenkins pipelines** and managing CI machines. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and team collaboration skills. - Active usage of the AI tools - **English: B1 level or higher.** **Would be nice to have:** - Experience with Analytics. ### We are pleased to offer you: - Remote b2b (Georgia-Moldova) or on-site employment (Belarus-Moldova) work opportunity! - Stable job with long-term growth perspective. - Competitive salary with annual performance review. - Really good hardware. - An exciting and challenging job with talented people around. - Continuous learning and career growth opportunities. - Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences. - Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people. - Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth. - More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.
