Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components for a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, and producing high-quality welds while ensuring all work complies with engineering specifications and health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (where required). Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, frames, and components according to engineering drawings. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Measure, mark, cut, bend, and prepare metal materials for fabrication. Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, drills, presses, and cutting machines. Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Carry out repairs and modifications to existing metal structures and equipment. Perform finishing work, including grinding, polishing, and cleaning welds. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on welding equipment and tools. Maintain accurate production and fabrication records as required. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards. Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and health and safety regulations.
