Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Kund*innen und Versicherungspartner*innen Du kümmerst dich um die Daten-Erfassung (Offert-/Antrags-/Storno-Daten/Sanierung) Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei Versicherungsanfragen, bereitest diese auf und kontrollierst den weiteren Prozess Du stehst den Insurance Sales Consultants zur Seite, um gemeinsam die optimale Kund* innenbetreuung zu garantieren Du bereitest standardisierte und individuelle Reports (intern/extern) auf Du erstellst Präsentationen Du arbeitest in versicherungsrelevanten Projekten mit Du arbeitest aktiv in der Gestaltung von Prozessen mit und hilfst somit Abläufe innerhalb des Unternehmens effizienter zu gestalten Das bringt dich in die Poleposition. Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Du hast bereits 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung Du punktest mit deinen Excel-Skills und Begriffe wie "Pivot-Tabellen oder S-Verweise" sind keine Fremdwörter für dich Du hast Freude an Prozessoptimierungen und bist offen für Veränderung Du bist ein Organisationstalent, hast ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und kannst gut priorisieren Du bist eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und hast bei allen Entscheidungen stets die Kund*innen im Fokus Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 2.450,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
