Our partner is looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer based in India.** As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will help design, support, and continuously improve secure and intelligent workplace technologies for a global organization. You will work across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Intune, Copilot, and Power Platform to enable seamless collaboration and productivity. The role combines hands-on engineering with identity management, endpoint security, automation, governance, and workplace transformation. You will help strengthen security and compliance while improving the day-to-day technology experience for employees. Working closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Operations teams, you will deliver reliable and scalable cloud-based workplace services. This is an opportunity to contribute to modern technology adoption, simplify operations through automation, and shape the future of enterprise workplace services. ### Accountabilities: - Design, implement, administer, and support modern workplace services across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Intune, Copilot, and Power Platform. - Manage identity and access management services, including authentication, Conditional Access, identity governance, and privileged access. - Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Viva. - Deliver and maintain endpoint management services using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. - Support governance, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace services. - Contribute to Power Platform governance, including data loss prevention controls, environment management, and operational support. - Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft cloud technologies. - Monitor platform performance, service health, compliance, and adoption metrics. - Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Operations teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable workplace services. - Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge articles to improve support processes and the user experience. - Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and continuously improve workplace technology operations. **Requirements:** - Strong experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management. - Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management principles. - Experience implementing Conditional Access and Zero Trust security controls. - Administration experience across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. - Experience with endpoint security, compliance, and device management. - Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities. - Experience using Microsoft Graph and cloud-native automation tools. - Practical experience supporting enterprise Microsoft cloud technologies. - Understanding of identity, security, endpoint management, and Zero Trust principles. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex workplace technology issues. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - A continuous improvement mindset and strong interest in simplifying and automating processes. - Experience in Modern Workplace Engineering, Identity & Access Management, Microsoft 365 Administration, Endpoint Management, or End User Computing. - Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance and Privileged Identity Management is desirable. - Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is a plus. - Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot administration, governance, or adoption initiatives is advantageous. - Knowledge of Power Platform governance and DLP policy management is preferred. - Experience with identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes, is beneficial. - Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, service health monitoring, and adoption reporting is a plus. - Experience supporting global end-user computing and workplace services is desirable. - Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, SC-900, or AZ-900 would be advantageous. **Benefits:** - Fully remote work opportunity in India. - Flexible work options designed to support work-life balance. - Options including part-time work, adjusted hours, staggered shifts, and hybrid or remote arrangements, depending on individual needs and role requirements. - Inclusive, safe, and welcoming working environment. - Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development. - Exposure to Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Intune, Copilot, Power Platform, and modern cloud technologies. - Opportunities to work on identity, security, endpoint management, automation, and Zero Trust initiatives. - Opportunity to contribute to workplace transformation and enterprise technology modernization. - Collaborative environment working with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Operations teams. - Days of Difference leave supporting charitable and volunteering activities. - Focus on employee well-being, growth, and long-term career development.
