Monitoring and Evaluation Project Lead - Greece

Job description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint two experienced Engineers with an M&E background or Civil & Structural background to train with us to become a **Monitoring & Evaluation Project Lead on either a freelance or employed basis (negotiable).** This person should have a proven experience in understanding and working on large scale developments and preferably PPPs in Greece and should have an ability and willingness to learn and meet new challenges. The ideal candidate will have a **mechanical, electrical or Civil & structural degree and good understanding on how contracts are structured and projects are evaluated based on site progress.** Acting on behalf of our customers (Greek & International Banks) who provide funding for commercial developments, PPPs or Concessions, **your role will be to independently assess infrastructure projects from a cost and feasibility perspective and act as a trusted advisor** to confirm milestones and authorise budgets as the builds progress (inception to completion).
