**Title: Morning Shift Lifeguard** **Position Type:** Non-Exempt (Hourly) **Position Summary:** Under the supervision of the Aquatics Director, this position is responsible for guarding the pool during the opening shift (opening hours start at 5:45AM Monday - Friday), ensuring the safety of all patrons, enforcing pool rules, and implementing the branch emergency protocols as needed. **\*Must have active Lifeguard Certifications. (ex. YMCA, Red Cross)**
