- AOL proficiency to a high standard — must be able to lodge and manage applications independently without broker oversight
- Exposure to NMB aggregator compliance software advantageous (niche system, rare but valued)
- Credit awareness without being a credit analyst — able to identify red flags such as payslips missing YTD figures, bank statements outside acceptable age, or other document issues
- Highly organised with ownership of the pipeline — proactively keeps all files moving through stages without being prompted
- Capacity to lodge 1–2 applications per day (CRM and AOL) while managing all WIP files concurrently
