Join Our Workshop Team! Are you never happier than with a torque wrench in hand? 4th Dimension Innovation is looking for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our Production team in Egham . If you know your way around mechanical, electrical and trim work — and take real pride in a repair done right — this is where your talent gets to shine. Reporting to the Production Manager , you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality MET repairs across a wide range of motorcycles, working hand-in-hand with our Specialist Repair, Paint and Assessment teams to keep every job safe, accurate and on time. 🔩 Main Duties Complete repair work in line with job cards and repair instructions. Confirm all pre-checks are done and the correct parts are received before commencing MET work. Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim repairs to the required quality standards. Identify, document and escalate any issues spotted before or during repairs. Provide clear feedback to the Vehicle Damage Assessor team where required. Work collaboratively with the Specialist Repair and Paint teams throughout the repair lifecycle. Maintain accountability for new parts fitted and parts removed during repairs. Dispose of damaged parts appropriately for resale, recycling or disposal. Conduct quality checks on your own work and complete Technician QC documentation. Present completed vehicles for Quality Control inspection. Accurately log all repair work completed, maintaining high productivity and quality throughout. 🛠️ Key Skills Previous motorcycle repair experience (any brand). Relevant technician or mechanical experience. Specialist knowledge of at least one motorcycle brand. A methodical, logical approach to problem-solving. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Solid experience working on vehicles (motorcycle or automotive). ⭐ Bonus Points For A Master Technician qualification (desirable).
