Multi-Disciplinary Designer

Job description

[Fospha](https://www.fospha.com/) is the marketing measurement system for brands that sell everywhere. For over a decade, we've helped paid marketing teams see everything, sell anywhere and move instantly, so they can stop defending their budget and start growing it profitably. Today's brands don't only sell on their own website. They sell through retailers like Sephora, Ulta and Amazon, and in physical stores. Fospha measures all of it, online and offline, from daily full-funnel attribution to planning, testing and AI-powered analysis. We've optimised over **$40B** in marketing spend, and we're scaling fast across **London, Mumbai, and Austin**. ## The Role This is a permanent, in-house role for a multi-disciplinary designer at the heart of Fospha's go-to-market motion. The work is deliberately varied: in a single week you might refine our website, design a sales asset for a major prospect, and extend our design system. We're looking for a versatile all-rounder with real depth across brand, web and presentation design, not a specialist in just one of them. You'll be the person who defines what "best in class" looks like for our brand, then makes it real: a dynamic, memorable website, standout sales and event materials, and a design system that lets the whole team move at pace without losing quality. Your job is to make sure the imagery, motion and feel of Fospha land the pain points of our target enterprise brands as clearly as our words do, and to translate complex measurement concepts into visuals that are instantly easy to understand. You'll sit in the Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product and our leadership. This is an **office-based role**: you'll be in the room for conversations on product, marketing and customer decks, so you deeply understand our customers, our product, and where and how we sell. This role suits someone who loves ideation and is excited to work in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment. ## ## What you'll work on Your time will be spread across four areas, so you'll have variety without losing focus. | Focus area | What it covers | | --- | --- | | High-value assets | Ad hoc, high-impact pieces: sales materials, enterprise and keynote decks, event assets | | Fospha website and brand | Front-end website design and maintenance, and the evolution of the Fospha brand | | Media partner website and brand | Look and feel and web maintenance for Fospha’s media partner | | Design system on Claude Design | Creating and maintaining the design system that lets us scale deck-creation and story-telling faster | ## ## Key Responsibilities - **Level up our brand through the website.** Own the design of the Fospha front-end website and keep it improving: a dynamic, interactive site with illustrations that are easy to read, colour that guides the eye, and a feel that tells enterprise brands we are the mature, trusted choice. - **Own our media partner’s look and feel.** Shape and maintain the brand and website for our media partners, keeping it distinctive and consistent while it works alongside Fospha. - **Create high-value assets.** Design the pieces that win deals and make an impression: sales collateral, enterprise decks, keynote presentations and event materials, where both quality and speed matter. - **Turn complex ideas into imagery.** Translate measurement concepts, such as why one methodology alone is not enough, into bespoke illustrations and visuals that a buyer grasps in seconds. - **Build and maintain our design system on Claude Design.** Create a richer, more dynamic system that lets the wider team produce on-brand decks and materials at scale, and keep it sharp as the brand evolves. - **Be the owner of taste.** Review work against the brand standard, spot what doesn't feel like Fospha, and direct AI tools so what they produce is genuinely good, not just fast. - **Keep raising the bar.** Benchmark us against the best in B2B measurement and beyond, bring fresh ideas on what the best looks like, and keep improving how we show up against competitors. - **Stay close to the business.** Understand our ICP, product, and how and where we sell, so your design decisions are always tied to commercial goals. ## ## What are we looking for? We hire for potential and taste. You should apply if you: - Are a **genuine multi-disciplinary designer**: comfortable moving between brand, web, illustration and presentation work, with a portfolio that shows range as well as craft, rather than deep expertise in only one area - Have an **innovative, keen design eye** and a portfolio that shows distinctive brand, web and illustration work - Understand **how a strong B2B brand in the measurement and analytics space is built**, and can articulate what makes the best ones feel credible, modern and memorable - Can **translate complex concepts into clear, compelling imagery**, with a skilful use of colour, illustration and layout - Have strong **website design skills**, ideally with a feel for interaction, motion and scroll-driven storytelling, and are comfortable working closely with front-end builds - Are **agentically minded**: you love experimenting with new tools for image generation and AI-assisted design, and know when to push them and when to take over - **Thrive on ideation**, constantly asking what the best looks like in marketing and how we can level up our brand against competitors - Enjoy a **fast-paced, innovative startup environment**, where you'll ship quickly, iterate often, and juggle several projects at once - Are **commercially curious**: you care about who our buyers are, why they choose us, and how design helps win enterprise brands - Are keen to work **in the office** and be part of every conversation, from product to marketing to customer decks ## ## Our Values and Principles You will be able to demonstrate examples of our core principles: - **Seek inclusion & diversity:** We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard - **Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together:** We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact - **Grow:** We are proactive, curious and unafraid of failure - **Customer at the heart:** We care about the customer, feel their pain and love building product that solves their biggest problems - **Candour with caring:** We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude ## ## What we can offer you - Competitive salary - A permanent role in a fast-growing business, with real ownership over how our brand looks and feels - Be part of a leading global venture builder, [Blenheim Chalcot](https://blenheimchalcot.com/blog), and learn from the incredible talent in BC - The right mix of challenges, learning and development opportunities - Flexible benefits including Private Medical and Dental, Gym Subsidies, Life Assurance, and Pension scheme - 25 days of paid holiday + your birthday off! - Free snacks in the office! - Quarterly team socials *Top tip: Include a portfolio with your application, and tell us how you'd make Fospha's brand stand out to enterprise retail brands.*
