Key Responsibilities: Create engaging content for broadcast and digital platforms with attention to grammar and detail. Shoot and Edit video for all media platforms. Create content that captivates and informs readers. Set up and Support live and pre-recorded broadcast and streams. Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency. Collaborate with team members while also working independently. Direct and Operate remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and LIVE productions. Requirements: Multi-tasking Excellent writing and communication skills. Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus. Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure. Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, WordPress and OBS capabilities is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Journalism or related field. Experience in television production or post-production. Work Environment: Team atmosphere in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with tight deadlines.
