NA Founding SDR (NYC based)

**🌟 What we do & why we do it** Founded in 2021 in Osnabrück, Germany, **doinstruct is on a mission to empower the backbone of our society** - the frontline workforce - by making workplaces safer, more compliant, and more efficient. We don’t just improve training; we **redefine how industries onboard and upskill their teams.** The problem? Outdated, inefficient training methods that fail to meet the needs of the deskless workforce - the 80% of global workers overlooked by traditional learning solutions. We saw the gap and built a seamless, mobile-first platform that makes onboarding, training, and compliance effortless, multilingual, and accessible - anytime, anywhere. At doinstruct, we don’t accept the status quo. **We innovate, we challenge, we build.** Our vision is bold: **Operational excellence for frontline teams starts here.** We cut through the noise of clunky, ineffective training with an engaging, user-friendly experience available in 35+ languages - no downloads, no passwords - just instant access to the skills that drive industries forward. *🚀 **Join us if you’re ready to build something extraordinary.** We’re growing fast and looking for ambitious minds who thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. If you’re passionate about solving big problems, shaping the future of workplace learning, and working alongside a driven team that moves fast and thinks big, **doinstruct is where you belong.*** ***___*** **The role** You're early in your career and want proof, not a title, that you can sell. doinstruct sells AI-powered frontline training software into manufacturing, logistics, food and construction, and is hiring its first junior SDR for the US and Canada market it just broke into. You'll report to Mona, the co-founder leading our North America expansion, and work side by side with Jonathan, our Founding AE NA, who has led SDR teams before and coaches you day to day. What this role asks for is hunger, fast learning and turning AI-assisted tools into real qualified meetings. ## What you'll own: - Be the tip of the spear for the sales team turning first conversations into million dollar deals - Qualify prospects in manufacturing well enough so Jonathan can bring your leads over the finish line - Keep the CRM accurate, so your pipeline reflects reality - Learn from daily coaching and become better every week - Learn the challenges of your customers in ways how the doinstruct platform can help solve them ## Who you are: - Based in, or able to relocate to New York City to work side on side with Mona in the office at least 3d/week - A completed or nearly completed bachelor's degree, or one prior SDR/BDR stint already behind you - Be able to work in the USA without sponsorship - Concrete evidence you push harder than you have to: a demanding program, a job held through school, a competitive team ## Why doinstruct: - Backed by top tier investors (HV Capital and Creandum), with budget and leadership time already committed to the North America bet - You report directly to our co-founder Mona and are coached by Jonathan, our NA AE, has led SDR teams before - one of the best to learn from - doinstruct is a post-Series A company of around 75 people globally, still small enough that your work is visible past your own manager ## What success looks like: - **3 months:** Ramped up with the confidence to tackle the market and speak to customers on your own! - **6 months:** Begin to produce predictable pipeline through strategic outbound playbooks and qualified opportunities - **12 months:** Become the standard as to which future NA SDR’s strive to Achieve! ____ At doinstruct, you'll have the chance to use your skills and help shape our growing start-up. We value a friendly work environment, open communication, and support your personal and professional growth every step of the way. **Even if you don't tick all of the boxes, but you are motivated and want to work with us, you are very welcome to apply.** *We embrace diversity and hire people based on their ability to perform a job.
