Scale Tech, a software development agency based in Vilnius, is hiring for their client — a fast-growing company, serving clients in the identity verification and compliance space. Working method: Fully remote. Contract term: 4–6 months (b2b) Hiring process: One interview with the Development Team Lead. Hourly rate: 30–37 EUR/hour, depending on relevant experience. ### What you'll do: - Develop and improve backend logic for the verification product together with the team - Contribute to architecture decisions, building a reliable and scalable system - Write clean, testable, reusable code - Work against a clear roadmap and acceptance criteria, owning your area independently ### What makes you a great fit: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core - Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight - Good English and Lithuanian skills - Open-minded, collaborative approach ### Bonus points: - Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes - Experience with microservices / event-driven architectur ### What's offered: - Fully remote work - Clear roadmap and acceptance criteria — minimal micromanagement - Real product impact on an identity verification / compliance platform
