The team is focused on improving patient outcomes while optimizing back-office operations, financial performance, and compliance, guided by values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation to deliver measurable results for long-term care providers. **Why does this role exist?** This role exists to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled accounting operations in Oracle NetSuite while supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day system use across the organization. The company is expanding and needs a dedicated NetSuite Accountant to manage core GL activities, strengthen reconciliations and controls, and improve reporting visibility. The position also provides hands-on support for integrations (e.g., payroll, billing, bank feeds) and proactive troubleshooting for end users in a fully remote environment.
