New opening | NYC Scuffers Store

Job description

About Us Scuffers is a clothing brand inspired by Mediterranean urban aesthetics, with a distinctive style and character driven by authenticity and self-expression. Our philosophy is centered around product development. We carefully research materials, explore unique fits, and create pieces that not only look good but make you feel good. What started six years ago as a project to create clothes we would love to wear ourselves has grown into a lifestyle and a community of people who share our vision. Now, we're bringing Scuffers to New York! 🇺🇸 And we're looking for passionate, motivated, and talented people to join us on this exciting new chapter. The Opportunity We're building our team for the opening of our new store in New York City, and we're looking for people who want to be part of something from the very beginning. Whether your strengths lie in leadership, team management, sales, or customer experience, this is an opportunity to grow with us, contribute to the development of our retail presence in the US, and help bring the Scuffers universe to life. We're looking for people who are passionate about fashion, product, and creating memorable customer experiences; people with initiative, a strong team spirit, and the desire to make an impact in a fast-growing brand. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for fashion, product, and the Scuffers identity. A customer-focused mindset and a desire to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Team spirit and a hands-on approach. Experience in fashion retail, sales, or store management, depending on the position. A desire to learn, take on challenges, and grow alongside the brand. What We Offer 🫰🏻 Love for the different and the unknown: We're not afraid of making mistakes. We're here to learn by doing, and every day brings a new opportunity. 🎢 Professional growth: We're just getting started, with plenty of challenges ahead. You'll have the chance to grow with us and help shape what comes next. 🔝 Real impact: We move fast, and every contribution matters. Your work will make a difference as we build Scuffers in New York. 🫂 A dream team: Join a young, dynamic, and collaborative team that values communication, initiative, and learning from one another. 👖 Monthly wardrobe budget: We want you to wear, experience, and represent the brand you help bring to life. Ready to Be Part of It? This is your chance to join Scuffers at a particularly exciting moment in our journey and help us make our New York opening a success. If you're passionate about fashion and excited to be part of a growing brand, we'd love to hear from you. 💖
