The Role: As a Store Associate at our new UNIQLO Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore store , you will have the opportunity to be part of the launch team and help shape the store culture from day one. You will create a welcoming shopping experience by understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and representing the UNIQLO brand with pride. Key Responsibilities: • Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner. • Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness. • Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts. • Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas. • Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor. Essential Skills and Experience: • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred . • Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly. • The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do. Eligibility : Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position. As this role is focused on full-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work full-time hours across a flexible roster. Working Hours: This is mainly a full-time role and requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential.
