In our mechanical production department, we offer an attractive work schedule for CNC turners & CNC millers (f/m/x) – perfect for anyone looking to organize their working hours efficiently and enjoy more free time during the week. 27 hours per week – from Friday evening to Monday morning: Workday Fri–Sat (8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) Workday Sat–Sun (8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) Workday Sun–Mon (10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) In addition to the regular salary and statutory bonuses, a voluntary flexibility bonus of €1,250 per month will be paid. Job Description Setup, preparation, and operation of CNC turning and milling machines Production of individual parts and series in the precision sector Independent work based on production drawings and specification documents Monitoring of manufacturing processes and identification of optimization potential Quality control and documentation of measurement results Independent troubleshooting of machine and automation system issues Qualifications Completed training as a metal technician (f/m/x) – ideally with a focus on machining technology Professional experience with modern CNC turning and/or milling machines Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools Skilled craftsmanship and precise working methods Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently Good command of German Team spirit and reliability Additional Information Innovative work schedule offering true work-life balance More time for your family, friends, hobbies, and projects during the week Longer vacation periods (take one weekend off and enjoy up to 12 consecutive days of vacation) Additional flexibility bonus of €1,250 per month Be part of an important pilot project in our production department Work in an experienced, supportive team State-of-the-art machinery and manufacturing technologies We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
