Job description

Production Management Ensure all testing processes run smoothly during the night shift Monitor production targets(Output、OTD、Cycle Time、WIP) Quickly respond to downtime、abnormal test results and equipment issues People Management Manage attendance, break schedules, overtime, training & skills Maintain discipline and ensure proper workplace behaviors Conduct timely/regular performance review and feedback Quality Assurance & Control Ensure all product/process meet quality standards and customer requirements Monitor test yield、e-NC、QA fail Coordinate with QA/engineering teams for issue escalation Equipment & Maintenance Coordination Oversee operation of test/pack machines Coordinate with SAE for immediate troubleshooting Minimize equipment downtime Safety & Compliance Oversee operation of test/pack machines Coordinate with SAE for immediate troubleshooting Minimize equipment downtime Communication & Escalation Act as the first point of contact for emergencies during night shift Conduct detailed handover with day shift production manager Escalate major problems to senior management or engineering teams Job Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) At least 10 years of production/manufacturing experience At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
